I forgot my password

Staff: ask an administrator to reset it from Settings → Users. Portal users: contact info@stefstime.co.za.

Account locked?

After 5 failed sign-in attempts, accounts are locked for 15 minutes. Wait it out, or ask an admin to unlock from the Users page.

Which login do I use?

App for staff/admin. Customer Portal if you receive invoices from us. Supplier Portal if you supply us.

First time using the system?

Sign in and look for the Help & FAQ, User Manual and Process Flows entries in the sidebar — they cover every feature step-by-step.
